The private operations system our clinical and administrative staff use to run the practice.
Adaptive Minds ABA provides Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children. Maestro is the internal software our team uses to deliver that care: client records and insurance authorizations, scheduling, session notes, billing, hiring and onboarding, and the practice’s day-to-day communication with families and staff.
Maestro is for employees of Adaptive Minds ABA only. Accounts are created by the practice — there is no public sign-up, and no part of the system is open to the public.
Why Maestro asks to connect a Google account
Staff sign in with their Adaptive Minds work account. With the staff member’s permission, Maestro shows their own work email, calendar and documents next to the client record they are working on, so they do not have to switch between tools to write a note, confirm an appointment or file a document. Maestro reads only the signed-in staff member’s own Google data, for their own work, and access can be disconnected at any time from their profile.
