Terms of Service
Maestro · Adaptive Minds ABA · Last updated September 17, 2026
These Terms govern use of Maestro, the internal operations platform provided by Adaptive Minds ABA ("we," "us," "our"), together with its family portal and team portal and its integrations with Google and with Intuit QuickBooks Online ("QuickBooks"). Maestro is a private application. It is made available only to authorized Adaptive Minds ABA personnel and, through the family portal, to the parents and guardians of children in our care. By using it you agree to these Terms.
Who may use Maestro
Accounts are created by our office and are personal to the individual they are issued to. You may not share your account or your sign-in with anyone else. Access ends when your employment or your family's relationship with the practice ends. We may suspend or remove an account at any time.
License
We grant authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Maestro for its intended purpose. You may not copy, distribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or give any third party access to Maestro or its contents.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Maestro only for lawful, authorized purposes, and specifically not to:
- access, or attempt to access, any client record, staff record or feature beyond your authorization;
- copy, export, photograph or disclose protected health information except as your role and the law permit;
- interfere with, probe or disrupt the security or operation of the platform.
Everything in Maestro relating to a client is part of that client's health record. Handling it carelessly is a breach of these Terms and may also be a breach of law.
Connected accounts
You may connect your Adaptive Minds ABA Google account so that Maestro can read, send and organize work email on your behalf, and so that company documents, calendars and chat spaces stay in step with the record. What is accessed and why is set out in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect at any time from within Maestro or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Connect only accounts you are entitled to connect.
QuickBooks integration
The QuickBooks integration provides read-only access to company accounting data for reporting inside Maestro. It does not create, modify or delete anything in QuickBooks. We remain responsible for maintaining our QuickBooks account and the accuracy of the underlying records, and the integration may be disconnected at any time.
The family portal is not care
Information shown to families — session history, authorized hours, documents, insurance details — is provided for convenience and may lag behind our records. It is not medical advice, not a clinical record in itself, and not a way to obtain urgent help. For anything urgent, contact the practice directly; in an emergency, call 911.
Accuracy and availability
Maestro is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Figures shown — financial, clinical, scheduling or payroll — are for internal informational purposes and are not a substitute for our official books and records or for professional accounting, legal, or clinical judgment. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adaptive Minds ABA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of Maestro. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law, including rights under HIPAA.
Changes
We may update these Terms; the date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.
